Abstract

Orchestra is an MCP orchestrator that composes two specialized MCP servers — RegNetAgents and CASCADE — to automate multi-step causal reasoning across gene regulatory networks. A single natural language query triggers an orchestrated LangGraph workflow that combines regulatory network analysis, perturbation simulation, protein interactions, and pathway enrichment into a unified causal report.
