Generic Accessibility Completion
Abstract
Part VII of the RIME program. This paper studies the generic completion problem for sectorized accessibility data. Building on the local repair calculus of Paper V and the deformation-wall framework of Paper VI, it identifies Type IV bridge failure as a high-codimension incidence variety. The paper formulates the Generic Completion Principle: outside the relevant incidence locus and under richness/nondegeneracy hypotheses, the observable data R1 and R2 are expected to determine the first-depth accessibility invariant D. The paper also includes cross-species diagnostics for quantum gate, Markov, and graph systems using the Sectorized Observable Framework language.
