Abstract

Not every successful formula is a derivation. GT-02 defines the rules by which a sector theory may claim to have eliminated a primitive rather than hidden it. GT-02 is the projection protocol and sector module rulebook for the Grammar of Time technical programme. GT-01 defines the Mother Kernel; GT-02 defines how modules are built over it. It does not introduce a second Mother Kernel. It turns GT from a single foundational text into a modular and forkable research programme. A sector module is accepted only if it declares the primitive it eliminates, instantiates the Mother Cascade, chooses an access route, derives a recognizable formula, excludes nearby alternatives, checks hidden primitives, and states where it fails. The record defines the canonical projection sheet, the gate decision tree, the Mother Cascade instantiation rule, acceptance criteria, a failure registry, preregistered projection challenges, and the standard format for future GT papers. This is a technical preprint, version v1.0, and has not been peer-reviewed.
