Fractal Custody Objects: route-comparable chain-of-custody for deterministic computational biology and AI-agent provenance
Abstract
Self-verifying publication Fractal Custody Graph. The sole novel claim is N1 — an oracle-bound recompute-or-reject admissibility rule, applied recursively at every scale (pixel-atom → figure → sentence/claim → paper → graph). All custody machinery is conceded prior art (image-tile Merkle, MMR, nanopublications/Trusty URIs, reproducible-trace publication, MLOps reject-gates). Verification recipe: VERIFY.md. paper_cid 291f3364, fcg_root 741d12de. Signed with Ed25519 over fcg_root; public-key SHA-256 fingerprint f496a067808026d45fbbad785bf83c6acd66429c2d257d246cc103c6d7ff460d, also published at ORCID 0000-0002-4925-4795 — the out-of-band anchor that makes unauthorized origin detectable and attributable (not prevented; contingent on the verifier checking the fingerprint).
