Artian Source-Only SI Closure: the K2 Caesium Hyperfine Source Packet Theorem
Abstract
One caesium landing, three transfer failures, and the source law that must replace it Version: 8.0 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21249436 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 The 2019 SI defines the second through the caesium-133 hyperfine frequency. In QTT, complete source-only SI closure is therefore concentrated into one dimensionless bridge: \[ N_{\rm K2} =\widetilde t_{\rm A}\,\Delta\nu_{\rm Cs} =\frac{\ell_{\rm A}\,\Delta\nu_{\rm Cs}}{c} =\frac{\alpha_\lambda^2}{4\pi} \frac{m_e^{\rm source}c^2}{E_\star} \Phi_{\rm Cs}^{\rm source}. \] The exact K2 reduction and the sealed caesium target remain unchanged. Version 8.0 asks the harder questions that one very accurate landing cannot answer: which nuclear and electronic factors are identifiable, and does the frozen caesium word transfer to other alkali clocks without changing a coefficient? For a neutral alkali (nS_{1/2}) clock row, the observable packet is \[ \Phi_A^{\rm source} =\frac{8}{3}\frac{I_A+\tfrac12}{I_A} \frac{\alpha_\lambda^2}{\mu_{pe}^{\rm QTT}} \underbrace{\mathcal G_A^{\rm nuc}}_{\text{nuclear magnetic source}} \underbrace{\mathcal C_{nS,A}^{\rm el}}_{\text{electronic contact and access}}, \qquad \nu_A^{\rm pred}=cR_\infty^{\rm source,QTT}\Phi_A^{\rm source}. \] One clock frequency fixes only the product. The transformation \[ \mathcal G_A^{\rm nuc}\mapsto\lambda\mathcal G_A^{\rm nuc}, \qquad \mathcal C_{nS,A}^{\rm el}\mapsto\lambda^{-1}\mathcal C_{nS,A}^{\rm el} \] leaves the observable unchanged. Version 8.0 proves this product-gauge non-identifiability exactly. It also proves that writing a known positive target as (M=Be^{-I}) is a reparameterization, not a derivation, unless the source law fixes (I) independently before the target is opened. The v7 candidate is then frozen with no new coefficient or atom-specific repair: \[ \kappa_A=\frac{Z-1}{n}, \qquad \eta_A=A-2Z+1, \qquad s_A=2I, \] \[ I_A^{\rm id} =\frac{\kappa_A}{128\rho} +\frac{1}{1024\sqrt3\,\rho^2} \left(1+\frac{1}{\eta_A s_A^2\rho}\right), \qquad \mathcal M_A^{\rm id}=32e^{-I_A^{\rm id}}. \] The resulting blind transfer residuals are \[ \begin{array}{c|rrrr} \text{row}&{}^{133}{\rm Cs}&{}^{87}{\rm Rb}&{}^{85}{\rm Rb}&{}^{39}{\rm K}\\ \hline 100\left(\nu_{\rm pred}/\nu_{\rm obs}-1\right) &-9.15\times10^{-7}\%&+57.30\%&+218.73\%&+2236.89\% \end{array} \] The rubidium sibling-isotope ratio is even cleaner because both rows share the same element and (5s,{}^2S_{1/2}) electronic shell: \[ \left.\frac{\nu(^{87}{\rm Rb})}{\nu(^{85}{\rm Rb})}\right|_{\rm v7} =1.11111109637, \qquad \left.\frac{\nu(^{87}{\rm Rb})}{\nu(^{85}{\rm Rb})}\right|_{\rm obs} =2.25141139252. \] The frozen identity word is therefore rejected as a universal alkali hyperfine source law. The exact K2 factorization, the source Rydberg relation, and the caesium packet as a sealed audit target are not rejected. What is now sharply localized is the missing positive construction: a QTT-native nuclear magnetic operator and an independently evaluated electronic-contact/access operator that transfer across isotopes and elements.
