CloudSim Plus-K8s: Kubernetes container-orchestration extension for CloudSim Plus

The org.cloudsimplus.kubernetes extension and topology substrate (TopologyAwareHost, VmAllocationPolicyTopologyAware) that back the paper "CloudSim Plus-K8s: A Contract-Driven Extension for Kubernetes Container Orchestration Simulation." It models Kubernetes scheduling (filter/score), horizontal and vertical autoscaling, workload controllers, pod lifecycle, and per-service microservice latency under an explicit, testable fidelity contract. Built as an extension of CloudSim Plus (org.cloudsimplus:cloudsimplus, https://cloudsimplus.org) and distributed under its GPL-3.0 licence.
