Abstract

Corrected preprint stating the collapse claim as finite-time, open-system phase-locking into Born-weighted attractor basins of a coherence landscape. The paper demotes the earlier vortex/LG fractal-dimension support, removes the closed-ledger lambda identity, states three open gates for pillar status, and reports a pilot in which Born-consistent basin capture emerges from the coherence-gradient flow conditional on the Born-weighted landscape. The release includes the PDF, HTML print source, script, figure, JSON metrics, checksums, and a reproduction report.
