Abstract

[English Abstract] This paper is the first technical paper examining a specific, limited subset of the Layered Protocol Cosmology (LPC) framework. While the overarching LPC concept paper (V1) treats spacetime as a macroscopic "information stabilization protocol" encompassing higher-dimensional open systems and complex fields, this paper strictly focuses on the phenomenological implementation of coarse-grained information degrees of freedom within a four-dimensional effective field theory. Specifically, we propose a mathematical mapping between a real scalar effective density $\Phi(x)$ and a Brans-Dicke-type scalar-tensor theory. Furthermore, we introduce the axiom of logarithmic information granularity, analyzing how the discretization and coarse-graining of fundamental information states influence the effective gravitational coupling. The primary objective of this paper is not to present a complete theory of quantum gravity, but to provide a concrete, falsifiable mathematical foundation for the scalar-tensor representation of the coupling between information and geometry.
