Abstract

This release contains the analysis and figure-generation code accompanying the Lifelines NEXT Mom Matters study. The repository includes annotated scripts for maternal and infant gut microbiome dynamics, associations with predictors, mother-to-infant microbial strain transmission, and prediction of health outcomes.
