Aurora-Lens: Proof and Precedence
Abstract
This evidence dossier records the authorship, chronology, public disclosure, and implementation history of the Aurora / Persistent Existence Frame (PEF) admissibility architecture and its software implementation, Aurora-Lens. The record begins in November 2025 and includes provisional patent filings, the separate aurora-demo and Aurora-PEF repository histories, GitHub-signed commits, dated public releases, direct circulation records, repository traffic evidence, PyPI publication, and live runtime deployment. Nine evidence artefacts are reproduced within the dossier, with SHA-256 digests provided in the evidence manifest. A supplementary provenance file records the Git ancestry and cryptographic verification of the November 2025 aurora-demo commits. The purpose of this deposit is narrow: to establish dated public authorship, conceptual precedence, implementation, and independent traceability for an architecture centred on persistent existence, admissibility before consequence, governed refusal, lawful continuation, authority preservation, and forensic auditability. This deposit does not claim that every later system or publication with adjacent terminology was derived from Aurora-Lens. Conceptual proximity, market convergence, institutional uptake, and direct derivation are separate questions.
