Abstract

PTC-F v1.2 defines the functional specification of the Canal Transparency Protocol (PTC/CTP). The specification defines the structure, normative field order, permitted values, semantics, canonical serialization and conformance rules of PTC declarations independently of any particular software implementation. This record publishes the official PTC-F v1.2 specification in three languages: • Spanish (ES) • English (EN) • French (FR) Each language version is distributed through: • A PTC distribution package generated with Validator Portable v1.0. The package contains the preserved source, the canonical textual object, the canonical TXT artifact with its PTC declaration, the isolated PTC block, the manifest and the package documentation. • A separate DOCX representation intended for reading and consultation. The DOCX file is a derived, non-normative representation and does not contain an independent PTC declaration. Each PTC distribution package can be independently verified with the Validator reference implementation. Verification establishes documentary integrity, formal consistency of the declaration and technical conformance with the normative protocol. It does not certify the material truth, legal validity, scientific quality or ethical value of the document. PTC-F v1.2 forms part of the normative corpus of the Canal Transparency Protocol together with: • • R-01 v1.1 — Canonical Text Specification. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21406620 • ARCH v0.3 — Normative Architecture and Governance Specification. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21406665 The reference implementation is: • Validator Portable v1.0. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21251714 The specification was developed through documented human–AI co-creation involving GPT-5.6 Thinking by OpenAI and Claude by Anthropic, with final human review, decision-making and responsibility assumed by Manuel Barrera Anglada.
