Model configurations, outputs, and scripts supporting "Introducing the Coincidence Index: A Novel Diagnostic and Production-Based Framework for Water Body Interaction Analysis and Its Application to Study the Interaction of River Plumes"

This dataset provides model configurations, selected numerical-model outputs, and analysis and plotting scripts supporting the manuscript "Introducing the Coincidence Index: A Novel Diagnostic and Production-Based Framework for Water Body Interaction Analysis and Its Application to Study the Interaction of River Plumes," submitted to the Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems (JAMES). The archive contains the data and scripts needed to regenerate the scientific content of Figures 1-10. The exact plotting style may differ because some original figures were prepared using a customized version of Gri that has undergone extensive updates by the dataset creator. It also includes GETM configuration and setup files supporting reruns of the GETM experiments, together with Oceananigans simulation scripts and selected outputs. Files are organized by manuscript figure. Detailed contents, software requirements, rerun instructions, and figure-to-file mappings are provided in the accompanying README.md.
