DuoDose

Initial public release of DuoDose, a homotypic-aware doublet detector for single-cell RNA sequencing. The default DuoDose method is a calibrated random forest trained on leakage-safe fitted-reference features. DuoDose-DL is retained as an optional conditional multitask neural-network ablation. This release includes the public Python package, command-line interface, documentation, tests, and frozen manuscript-reproduction workflows.
