Third paper of the Dimensional Generation Structure series. Extending the AB/ABC/ABCD complete pairwise relational-wave construction to general N bodies, this paper separates three quantities that grow at different orders: the number of internal relational waves M_N = N(N-1)/2 = O(N^2); the number of internal rotation modes r = rank(K)/2, bounded by the vertex decomposition theorem K = sum_k (c_k s_k^T - s_k c_k^T) so that rank K
