Initial public release of the two-level radial-velocity zero-point (RVZP) calibration code for LAMOST DR12 MRS blue-arm RVs, accompanying Zhang et al. Includes the calibration pipeline for both single-exposure (coadd=0) and coadded (coadd=1) spectra: spectrograph-level (RVZP0) and fiber-level (RVZP1) zero-point estimation with inverse-variance weighting, sigma clipping, and weighted-median aggregation; grouped fallback for sparse units; and empirical per-S/N-bin uncertainty estimation.
