Abstract

Byte-for-byte snapshot of the CliMA Land model (the Emerald Julia package, v0.3.0) used to produce the model results in Braghiere et al., "Shifting from plant functional types to traits: Enhancing biodiversity representation in land surface models" (Ecosphere). Lineage. This code is the Emerald Julia package (v0.3.0), the computational engine used in this study; it originated in the CliMA Land project (https://github.com/CliMA/Land; earlier code archive DOI 10.5281/zenodo.7526251). This record archives the exact version used by the study. Authorship of this record follows the associated publication. Fidelity. The pristine snapshot commit reproduces the Julia package git-tree-sha1 d246c63b8f087e1af59cd3f26f3b1ffc6fab4300 — exactly the value pinned in the paper's src/Manifest.toml.
