Smithian Fold Theory replaces separately entered constants with one inspectable, machine-checked dependency object. From one self-proven theorem, zero axioms and zero fitted parameters, the fold forces binary count two, colour count three and covering depths five and seven. Those same roots recur across electromagnetic, lepton, quark, cosmological and absolute-scale constructions. The Grand Lock executes the dependency claim. At the shared foundation order it reconstructs exact cross-sector results including inverse alpha 34259/250, lepton and quark invariants, dark-to-baryon 27/5, dark fraction 27/32, Hubble calibration 13/12, Planck exponent 127/2, the cosmological floor and half-One. A counterfactual colour mutation from three to four moves every registered colour-dependent branch, while the colour-independent half-One control remains exactly 1/2. The synchronized corpus also executes the completed deeper branches: terminal inverse alpha 503846395469/3676744786, Hubble ratio 3305/3048, and dark-to-baryon ratio 279/52.
