OmicsSIMLA simulation benchmark datasets for MultiDMPcaller

This dataset contains OmicsSIMLA-based simulated human CpG WGBS-like benchmark datasets used in the MultiDMPcaller study. The package includes three simulated benchmark datasets generated with theta = 0.6 under the following replicate designs: - 2 control replicates and 2 case replicates (2x2)- 3 control replicates and 3 case replicates (3x3)- 4 control replicates and 4 case replicates (4x4) Each dataset contains simulated control and case methylation count tables, a cleaned ground-truth DMP file, a testable-site whitelist, dataset-specific filtering notes, metadata, file manifests, and checksum files. These are computationally simulated benchmark datasets and therefore do not contain instrument-generated FASTQ or BAM sequencing files.
