Abstract

From Fold to Life, version 1.0.0, reports the current-evidence-closed, extension-open foundational Biology and Life Sciences branch of the Smithian Fold Theory V3 clean-room reconstruction. The release contains 75 engine-admitted laws across 12 ordered families. Their 19,200 exact candidates yield 75 unique survivors, 300 passing adverse controls, 75 implementation-distinct reconstructions and 75 post-seal external comparisons. Every dependency graph reaches the single premise-free root theorem; the branch uses zero axioms, zero free or fitted parameters, exact positive-finite Fold arithmetic, and no target-selected or opaque predictor. Headline results include the independently generated four-symbol DNA alphabet, triplet word length, sixty-four codon words, sixteen first-two-position boxes and four codons per box; an exact living/nonliving organizational boundary; compartment, metabolism, inheritance, evolution, gene, protein, cell, development, organism and ecosystem laws; and explicit empirical corrections to legacy overclaims about inevitable fixation, one-shape protein folding, parity-selected homochirality, universal three-quarter allometry, ubiquitous scale-free networks, denominator-defined senescence and recurrence-defined cancer or ecosystem stability. The complete V1/V2 ownership audit reviews 763 prior entries, identifies 30 Biology-owned atoms, closes all 30 with immutable V3 receipts and records 21 corrected boundaries. Seventeen usable authority or primary-data snapshots and four failed transport/content rows are preserved. The open-access bundle provides PDF and Markdown papers, the inventory, audit, claim packages, source manifests, receipts and checksums.
