Service Operations Visibility Framework
Abstract
Service Operations Visibility Framework is the first Career Foundation Paper in the Professional Framework Series. This publication presents a generalized operational framework for improving request visibility, ownership, communication continuity, and documentation across customer-facing, administrative, and technical service environments. Developed from professional experience in telecommunications service operations and generalized for public dissemination, the framework demonstrates how structured request handling can improve coordination without depending on a specific technology or organizational context. Rather than documenting a particular implementation, the publication distills transferable operational principles that can be adapted across diverse service environments, including customer support, field services, facilities operations, internal IT, healthcare administration, public services, assessment operations, and other cross-functional workflows. This Public Portfolio Edition forms part of an ongoing body of applied professional work focused on systems thinking, operational governance, quality improvement, assessment systems, and responsible technology. Professional Framework SeriesCareer Foundation Paper 01Identifier: PFS-2026-CF01 Author:Saheli Basu This publication represents the first public release in the Professional Framework Series, documenting transferable operational principles that later informed broader work in learning & assessment operations, governance, quality systems, and operational intelligence.
