Abstract
A finite syntax-directed contract calculus with nested fragments G0, G1, and G2 for total atoms, partiality and population, and relation-based expansion with fan-out refusal. The paper separates physical evaluation from governed analytical closure and includes worked certificates for inventory across time and order-to-item expansion.
