Abstract

Source data underlying the figures and supplementary dataof "A design approach for bitopic kinase inhibitors" (Nature), togetherwith the raw molecular dynamics trajectories, NMR spectra of final compounds, raw immunoblots and Sanger sequencing traces. CONTENTS - Eight Excel workbooks — tabulated source data by subfigure panel.- Molecular dynamics — 40 Amber NetCDF trajectories (500 ns each) with their stripped topologies, across 11 PonatiLink systems, plus the top-cluster representative structure for each system.- NMR — raw Bruker data for 26 final compounds, building blocks and tracers (128 experiments).- Uncropped scans — phosphosignaling and resistance-mutant immunoblots, and Coomassie-stained CFU plates.- Sanger sequencing — traces supporting the PL2R and K562 BE-T315I lines. DOCUMENTATION AND VERIFICATION MANIFEST.md gives a file-by-file list, internal structureand SHA-256 checksums.
