Abstract

Primitive Ethical Axioms (PEA) is a bounded, auditable ethical review framework for consequential decisions affecting human standing, consent, privacy, authority, vulnerability, reversibility, remedy, time, and future option-space.The leading question was: "How can a system determine which consequences matter?"PEA produces typed candidate judgments under declared commitments and certified predicates, while preserving hard floors, unresolved remainder, contest, and accountable human decision. Supplementary integration draft: PPP Kernel v0.5 is included as optional architectural and process context. It records how PAL, PECAN, PEA, accountable human decision, and SEED were connected during cross-framework refinement. It is not part of the canonical PEA Core v1.1.2 specification, is not required to apply PEA, and may change independently.
