green-path-dpp: Exact rational determinantal algorithms for grounded paths

Exact rational algorithms for finite determinantal point processes whose dense Green matrices come from grounded paths. The release includes product formulas for principal minors, fixed-cardinality and varying-cardinality samplers, exact inclusion marginals, a Delannoy Green-kernel specialization, independent replay programs, and an explicit claim boundary.
