Morning Star: A Constitutional Architecture and Evidence Governance Framework for Governed Knowledge Acquisition in Complex Research Ecosystems
Abstract
Morning Star presents a constitutional architecture for governed knowledge acquisition in complex research ecosystems. The framework establishes explicit constitutional boundaries separating information access, knowledge acquisition, competency recognition, and authority determination through evidence-governed recognition and claim-to-evidence traceability. The manuscript introduces the Morning Star Claim-to-Evidence (MS-CTE) methodology, a structured framework for evaluating architectural claims against implementation artifacts, validation records, and documented evidence while constraining every claim to the strongest language supported by available evidence. Version 1.0.0 is released as the Public Reference Release and constitutes the canonical public reference for the Morning Star framework. Companion publication. Requiem Pandemonium: The Recognition, Constraint, Subdual, Disposition, and Resolution of Constitutional Threat States governs the constitutional progression from threat recognition through authority validation, intervention, recovery, reconciliation, and continuity determination. Morning Star governs the constitutional progression from information access through knowledge acquisition, competency recognition, and independent authority determination. Each publication retains an independent scope, evidence corpus, and claim boundary; neither publication transfers its claims, evidence, or validation status to the other. Foundational architecture. ORYNTH Reference Architecture: Execution Assurance Architecture for Adaptive Systems provides the broader constitutional and execution-assurance framework within which Morning Star is situated. Morning Star remains an independently bounded publication and does not treat the foundational architecture as evidence for claims not established within its own corpus.
