Reproducibility package for: Evidence-Gated Few-Shot Reliability Refit for Frozen Intrusion Detectors under Cross-Network Shift

Reproducibility package for a study of what cross-network deployment does to the reliability layer around a frozen intrusion detector, and of when a single small batch of labeled target flows can repair it. Contains the full experimental pipeline (detector fitting, reliability substrate, evidence gate, diagnosis, regularized few-shot refit, oracles), per-draw decision logs across twelve directed transfer pairs of four NetFlow-v2 datasets and two detector families, the sensitivity-analysis scripts (gate threshold, substrate composition, refit scaling), and the figure- and table-generation code. All scripts carry fixed seeds and self-test invariant checks. The benchmark datasets themselves are not redistributed; download instructions are in the README.
