Abstract

The public outcome of the Everest pre-registration (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21792598), published in full — including the failure. This record completes the registration-to-outcome pair. The frozen, externally timestamped rotation-curve mechanism (the imported radial-acceleration-relation form at pinned stellar mass-to-light) was confronted with real SPARC data the same day it was deposited, and the result is adverse: the registered kill fired and, after independent adversarial review, was CONFIRMED. Contents: Climb Log 4 — first data contact: the named target (DDO 154) and the arithmetically blind-drawn galaxy (UGC 8286) both failed the registered bar; the kill was registered; the program's own defect claim (F-EV1) is included as filed. The Round 3 REFEREE RULING — the independent adversarial review that refuted F-EV1 (a Burkert cored halo passes the original bar on both galaxies), confirmed the kill as valid, adjudicated Reading C (a test of an imported function cannot establish derivability), exposed the r_max edge output as adverse by 20-30x in mass, verified every fit number and all Climb Log 1-3 mathematics independently, certified the pre-registration deposit clean under a hostile read, and issued the certified re-test specification. The ROUND 3 CLOSEOUT — every finding dispositioned and accepted, including withdrawal of F-EV1 and restamping of overclaims. Climb Log 5 — the certified re-test executed verbatim: ten blind-drawn galaxies (371 points), forward discrimination demonstrated before unblinding (delta-chi2 361/243 vs required 9), pooled chi2/dof = 1.06 (adequacy PASSED) — and the pre-declared residual tripwire FIRED (9/10 galaxies systematically undershot) with the cored-halo control decisively won by Burkert (delta-BIC +254): kill CONFIRMED, no appeals; the imported-form mechanism is closed. Also included: the Round 3 referee brief and its deposit-audit addendum (the instructions the referee worked from), the full execution record (frozen qualifier table, draw arithmetic, per-galaxy numbers), the verdict figure, and the complete analysis scripts and data files for independent reproduction. Status of the framework: the cosmological record (Derivation Sessions 1-8, main deposit DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21613520) is unaffected. The derivability question is untested and open; the sole registered route forward is the derivation phase — deriving the transition function, the threshold factor, and the corrected well-edge condition from the framework's stratification postulates — followed by fresh blind confrontation (17 undrawn qualifiers preserved). Design input extracted from the failure is disclosed herein (post-hoc stamp) before that work begins. Data: SPARC (Lelli, McGaugh and Schombert 2016; DOI 10.5281/zenodo.16284118). Prepared with AI research assistance (Claude, Anthropic); the referee review was performed by an independent AI session; all claims and errors are the author's.
