Galaxy Front Terminus — Rounds 5 and 6, the Fifty-One, the Void, and the Certified Closures (The River and the Whirlpool)
Abstract
The complete closing record of this program's galaxy-scale front: adversarial referee Rounds 5 and 6 in full (briefs, rulings, verification code, closeouts), the frozen three-arm registration, the V_obs-blind forward predictions and pre-flight, the certified run of the fifty-one star-dominated SPARC galaxies that VOIDED ITSELF through its own pre-accepted maximum-disc guard (16 of 51 flagged against a threshold of 8; no verdict rendered), and the certified closures that followed. The certified results (Round-6 §9, frozen verbatim, enclosed): (1) the absolute normalization of the fitted Burkert core column is CLOSED as unadjudicable on rotation curves — the stellar mass-to-light ratio alone decides the verdict across 27 instrument combinations and the map is public; the fifty-one are epistemically spent and may not be re-run; (2) the gas-fraction dependence of the core column is CERTIFIED at refutation-surviving grade: across 64 galaxies spanning 3.3 dex in central baryonic surface density, the column declines with gas fraction at pooled slope −0.86 ± 0.11, and the dependence is NOT reducible to the published column–surface-density relation (Zhou, Del Popolo & Chang 2020) — a 4.2σ refutation of the reduction, overturning the referee's own Round-5 kill; (3) the registered trend line of RD-10 is REFUTED (level 0.33 dex low; pooled slope 3.5σ from registration); (4) the previously reported "closest arm = MOND" is WITHDRAWN (the √-law arm was evaluated ~2.5 dex outside the domain Milgrom 2009 states; the corrected Newtonian-regime prediction is a plateau at γΣ*, and the corrected comparison is a dead heat); (5) the fitted median EXCEEDS the entire admissible MOND band, independently and blindly reproducing the published HSB tension of Del Popolo & Le Delliou (2023), Phys. Dark Univ. 40, 101203 — priority theirs. The referee's three errata against its own prior amendments are enclosed within the rulings. The void was honoured with the answers already on screen, and every number was disclosed before re-certification was sought. The program's galaxy front closes with these records; its open questions transfer to the derivation program (D-5: a suppression-field profile whose column tracks gas fraction independently of baryonic surface density — the target 64 galaxies specified) and the cosmological front.
