Abstract

Fully revised, self-contained v2 of the hypothesis-proposal paper (Japanese and English full texts). Part I carries over the five pillars of v1 without weakening: the universal clock ω=π/72/step (N=4–144), the charge law Q_em=m/3 with confinement = mod-3 readability, statistics as the double cover of the clock, mass as a relation to the sea (divisor classes gcd(m,16)), and the 62-species assignment. Part II adds five new pillars measured after v1: (6) the one-line law r=sin²θ=P_odd/(P_odd+P_even) — the reflection rate per interaction equals the odd-harmonic power fraction; the pure bosonic sea is an exact fixed point (the vacuum does not tick); (7) the spatial double-cover theorem — pure-parity species carry an antipodal two-point structure and cannot localize at a point; (8) the unification of mass and lifetime as the mean and width of the local clock field ω(x), with the measured linewidth-lifetime relation τ·σ_ω≈32 (CV 30%) and a new candidate for generations (phase-lock levels); (9) the splitting readout — decay as dephasing, particle number as ω-locked classes, t_split=π/Δω; (10) the two conditions of a stationary particle (full-harmonic center-phased localization + phase locking), with the candidate particle equation. A consistency battery (9 pillar experiments × 3 engines, scripts unmodified) shows the integer and phase structures of the classification are robust under localization of the readout. Fifteen refutations are recorded; requirements for the universal interaction function are extended from 8 to 11; the verification program lists 8 experiments including the simultaneous three-way mass-dictionary test discriminating the (t,R,Q) component hypothesis. All experiments are published as deterministic scripts.
