Abstract

This technical report presents a general publication in the corpus on validating authority changes before they take effect. It explains how delegation, role assignment, trust creation, policy changes, credential issuance, and similar actions alter an authority graph. The report introduces reachable consequence space and consequence expansion, then describes a simulated-topology pipeline for testing proposed transitions against structural invariants before committing them to production.
