エコテクノロジカル・インテグラティブ・ケア(ETIC)2.0, Version 2.1改訂版 - AI時代の作業療法とケア生態系設計

ETIC 2.0は、AIを含むケアを、本人の意味ある作業と参加を中心に設計・点検するためのモデルである。Version 2.1では、HwangらがAI AgeTech設計へ適用した動的ケア生態系を主要な概念的先行研究として明示した。ケア生態系、時間変化、AIがケア関係へ影響するという考え自体を、ETICだけに固有のものとは扱わない。 ETICが提案する追加部分は、本人の意味ある作業・参加を中心にした設計、ケアを人、環境、デバイス、データ、AI、ケア調整、統治へ分けて関係づける多層アーキテクチャ、データ統治、6つの設計パターン、設計レビューである。本書は43ページの日本語レポートであり、用語、歴史的背景、8つの設計原理、参照アーキテクチャ、ケーススタディ、Care Compassの現状、Unknown Lab、ETICとCCEの役割分担を収録する。 Hwangらのモデルは予備的指針モデルであり、数理モデル、シミュレーション、臨床効果の証明ではない。ETIC 2.0も現段階では設計モデルであり、臨床的有効性を検証した尺度ではない。CCEはETICから派生する別の数理的形式化研究であり、現実妥当性・臨床妥当性は未検証である。本書は未査読の研究報告であり、個別の診断、治療、リハビリテーション、医療判断を提供しない。 Full text and HTML: https://unknownlab.pages.dev/etic-2-0/ ETIC 2.0 is a model for designing and reviewing AI-inclusive care while keeping the person's meaningful occupation and participation at the center. Version 2.1 identifies Hwang et al.'s dynamic care ecosystem for humanistic AI AgeTech as a major conceptual precedent. ETIC does not claim that care ecosystems, temporal change, or AI influence on care relationships are unique to ETIC. ETIC's proposed additions are occupation- and participation-centered design, a multilayer architecture spanning people, environments, devices, data, AI, care coordination, and governance, data governance, six design patterns, and design review. This 43-page Japanese report includes terminology, historical background, eight design principles, a reference architecture, case studies, the current Care Compass prototype, Unknown Lab, and the division of roles among ETIC, CCE, life-trajectory simulation, and human decision-making. Hwang et al.'s model is a preliminary guiding model, not a mathematical model, simulation, or demonstration of clinical effectiveness. ETIC 2.0 is currently a design model rather than a validated clinical scale. CCE is a separate mathematical formalization research program derived from ETIC; its real-world and clinical validity remain unverified.
