Semi-Automated Erythema Quantification Tool for Infantile Haemangioma Monitoring

A Python-based semi-automated tool for quantifying erythema from serial clinical photographs of infantile haemangioma using the erythema index (EI = [R-G]/[R+G+B]) and additional colorimetric metrics. Developed and validated at the Department of Paediatric Surgery, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India, in the context of a prospective photographic registry of infants receiving propranolol.
