MATLAB codes for Measurement-filter control of Zeno and anti-Zeno switching in finite-memory reservoirs

This archive contains the MATLAB R2018b programs used to generate all numerical data and Figs. 1–4 of the article “Measurement-filter control of Zeno and anti-Zeno switching in finite-memory reservoirs.” The codes implement the weak-coupling measurement-filter formulas for finite reaction-coordinate chains and exact Liouvillian calculations in the reduced single-excitation space. Both continuous and pulsed unsharp measurement protocols are included. Running run_all_figures.m generates the plotted data and figures directly from the model. No external dataset or additional MATLAB toolbox is required.
