Exchange rate stated with basis and date: Norges Bank annual average 2024, 11.6276 NOK/EUR. Adverse-event cost EUR 11,494. model/clinical_rag_he_model_v5.py removed, replaced by scripts/clinical_ai_deployment_model.py — standard library only, self-verifying, with no prevalence prior, EVPI/EVPPI or minimum condition count. New: paper9_sensitivity.py, paper9_boundary_sweep.py, Multimedia Appendix 9. Figures 1–2 regenerated; analysis code consolidated under scripts/; README rewritten. p* = 0.502810 exact, 0.502782 zero-cost, reported as 0.50. Full detail in CHANGELOG_v1.2.0.md.
