Abstract

This document serves as a consolidated reference and bibliographic sourcebook for the independent, prior lines of investigation that form the conceptual substrate for the Soft-Hard Algebra (SHA) Program and its integration with the Dissipative Numeral System (DNS). The research lineage is structured into three chronological phases: 1. Primordial Genesis (Jan–Mar 2026): Unified Open Structural Systems Framework (UOSSF) and Entangled Response Spaces (ERS), establishing the philosophical foundations of non-causal cross-system coupling, semantic gaps, structural ruptures, and Γ-constrained actuation budgets. 2. Operational Formalization (Mar–Aug 2026): Dedicated preprint series on Reset Dynamics (RD), Derivative-Induced Topology (DIT), the Dissipative Numeral System (DNS), Soft Expression Theory (SET), and Generative Truth (GT). 3. Definitive Unified Synthesis (August 2026): The SHA-DNS master manuscript, which integrates all prior frameworks into a single generative ontology for mathematical objects with history, cost, and structure. This sourcebook provides a complete DOI-linked archive of all 52 foundational preprints and establishes a transparent map for tracing the historical evolution of core invariants: structural rupture, resource ledgers (Γ), structured zeros, and definition externalization. A Critical Note on Precedence: The earlier works listed herein contain intermediate notations, tentative models, or localized assumptions that may diverge from the final synthesis. For all formal, conceptual, and mathematical definitions concerning the SHA Program, the unified formulations established in the main SHA-DNS manuscript take strict and full precedence. This sourcebook is a historical and bibliographic guide, not a substitute for the primary synthesis. Keywords: Soft-Hard Algebra, SHA, Dissipative Numeral System, DNS, Reset Dynamics, RD, Derivative-Induced Topology, DIT, Soft Expression Theory, SET, Generative Truth, GT, structural ontology, generative mathematics, resource-constrained systems, structural history.
