Abstract

This record contains the corpus continuity and canon policy record of the authored Applicability Boundary Doctrine line, together with its subordinate commercial-readability companion. Corpus Continuity and Canon Policy Record: Channel Hierarchy, Version Mapping, Citation Spine, Deposit-Order Lock, and Claim Ladder in the Applicability Boundary Doctrine Version: 1.0Publication date: 2026-08-17Author: Vadym Partasyuk, Independent Research This record governs citation precedence, channel authority, version hygiene, identifier and metadata discipline, publication ordering, and claim scoping across the Applicability Boundary Doctrine corpus. It introduces no new doctrine and does not reopen the claim-standing, proof-survival, or operative-capacity sequence specified in the deposited records. For avoidance of terminological confusion, "Applicability Boundary Doctrine" in this record denotes the authored AI-governance and consequence-boundary corpus. It does not denote the property-law agreed-boundary doctrine or the machine-learning concept of an applicability domain. The deposited records answer what may support, bound, authorise, commit, survive consequence, and remain operatively capable. This record answers a prior and different question: which channel of the corpus governs when two surfaces of the same corpus state different things, and what a reader may legitimately claim on the basis of a deposited record. The central position is that a deposited defining record governs its own terms and stated scope. A website page does not silently amend a deposited record. A release tag does not substitute for a citation. A commentary post cannot create, supersede, or cure a doctrinal condition. A packaged draft does not acquire normative standing by being packaged. A publication number is assigned only by the actual archival deposit sequence. A structured relationship in repository metadata must be factually exact rather than merely convenient. Public interpretation of this record does not depend on internal working files or unpublished canonical amendments. Such files are non-deposited consistency controls only. The public meaning of this record is determined by its own text and by the explicitly deposited records it cites. A later public canonical release may consolidate those semantics prospectively, but does not retroactively supply unstated meaning to this record. The record defines the channel hierarchy and its conflict rules; the commercial companion rule, under which each companion is bundled with the nearest governing core publication, remains subordinate, receives no separate identifier by default, and does not expand the ontology or normative scope; the published archival spine of twenty-two deposited records; site mapping, corrective actions and terminology discipline; the post-deposit update rule; the deposit-order lock for the current wave; identifier and metadata rules; the claim ladder separating research doctrine from internal control design, deployed profile, and independent assessment; the civil and dual-use scope boundary; public minimum record categories; non-substitution rules; and the falsification surface CCR-F1 through CCR-F6. The record also states the origin and protection discipline of the corpus: first deposit is not equated with first conception, and authorship, chronology, public disclosure, patent priority, contractual confidentiality, and doctrinal source-of-truth are treated as separate questions with separate evidentiary requirements. Any priority or plagiarism claim must identify the exact object, the dated articulation, the mechanism, the exposure path, and evidence of dependence. In the archival spine table, the title column carries short-form display titles chosen for compactness. Repository metadata governs exact title matching, and the full deposited titles appear in the reference list at the end of the record. Every identifier in the spine was resolved individually against live repository metadata before deposit; bulk acceptance of a generated bibliography was not used. The second file in this record is Commercial Companion Note 09, Canon and Citation Integrity Readability. It is a subordinate commercial-readability companion for procurement, audit, licensing, board, counsel-facing and insurer-facing review. It has no independent DOI and no independent doctrinal standing. It translates the governing record's corpus-control rules into review questions, an evidence review order, a minimum identity and version check, citation-spine controls, claim-ladder controls, a stakeholder application map, a minimum review record, buyer-side questions, red flags with corrective actions, and review dispositions. It confers no certification method, legal opinion, safety case, or implementation design, and where it conflicts with a deposited defining record, the deposited record governs. A separately scoped Canon & Citation Integrity Review is available for organisations that require an auditable governing-source map, version and identifier ledger, claim-to-source matrix, reliance disposition, rights boundary and remediation plan for a defined document corpus or reliance decision. An optional Corpus Integrity Control Pack may be licensed for internal organisational use. These commercial services and private instruments are not part of the Zenodo deposit and confer no certification, legal opinion, safety approval or implementation right. This release should be read alongside the prior public publications in the Applicability Boundary Doctrine line, including the governing baseline DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19425317, Formal Conditions of Standing and Re-Sanctioning DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19599888, Unified Claim Standing Record Layer DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20479042, Authority Standing and Commit Standing DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20561344, Post-Consequence Proof Standing and Durable Reconstructability DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20573235, and Operative Capacity Adjunct and Mission Temporal Validity DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20583953. This release is domain-neutral and consequence-class based. It is relevant to consequence-bearing AI, high-consequence AI, agentic AI, clinical AI, AI/ML-enabled medical devices, banking and model risk, insurance, cybersecurity operations, critical infrastructure, aviation, autonomous vehicles, robotics, industrial automation, public sector decision systems, employment and education screening, legal and sanctions workflows, supply chain and procurement, maritime and offshore operations, and other consequence-bearing environments. It is additionally relevant to research data management, citation integrity, and scholarly-record governance. This release does not replace any prior doctrinal publication. It does not adjudicate third-party priority, infringement, derivation, or authorship. It does not rely on social-media discourse as a source of doctrine. It uses the author's prior public publication line as the doctrinal basis and references external standards and regulations only as adjacent context. This release does not disclose the paid evaluation method, private threshold formulas, domain-specific residual thresholds, internal review instruments, unpublished draft content, private schema library, insurer-facing artefact workflow, procurement scoring method, runtime enforcement architecture, certification method, dispute-support method, or implementation design. No patent licence or implied commercial implementation right is granted by this release. Commercial implementation, operational integration, productization, paid assurance packaging, paid audit products, paid certification products, paid procurement deliverables, paid regulatory submissions, paid insurer-facing services, paid dispute-support services, derivative commercial frameworks, commercial training products, commercial standards packaging, or other commercial reuse designed for sale or service delivery requires separate written permission or licence from the author unless independently established without reliance on the authored framework. Reading, citation, scholarly discussion, non-commercial analysis, internal review, governance review, risk review, legal review, regulatory review, supervisory review, insurer review, auditor review, procurement review, board consideration in non-commercial evaluative use, and ordinary regulatory or supervisory consideration are permitted provided authorship and source are preserved. Commercial Companion Note 09 is a subordinate commercial-readability companion with no independent DOI and no independent doctrinal standing. Section 13 of the companion describes a separately scoped commercial review service and an optional licensed control pack; those services are not part of this deposit.
