Abstract

This record deposits The Commit-Time Conjunction: A Cross-Domain Invariant for Admissible Basis, Operative Capacity, Claim-Specific Common-Cause Independence, and Durable Re-Provability, together with subordinate Commercial Companion Note 13, Commit-Time Evidence and Loss Readiness Review. Record DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21988251. The companion is a subordinate file within this record and carries no independent DOI. The governing paper states a typed, non-offsettable commit-eligibility structure for consequence-bearing transitions. Commit eligibility requires four claim families to hold together for the same transition, consequence class, time, and declared scope: A, an admissible basis for the use made of evidence, authority, state, instruction, and constraints; C, an effective and adequately resourced halt, reversal, or safe-degradation path within the remaining irreversibility window; I, claim-specific independence from the defeating shared cause relevant to asserted redundancy, corroboration, or separation; and R, a commit-bound record that can be re-proved from preserved material on a declared trust base and sufficiently separate infrastructure. The paper's limited contribution is the conjunction A AND C AND I AND R at commit, its non-compensation rule, the separation of capability from additive end-to-end timing, and the recurrence of the same failure topology across maritime remote operation, insurance portfolio accumulation, and multi-hop agent delegation. Every required gate is evaluated using the deposited six-state vocabulary VALID, INVALID, INSUFFICIENT, CONFLICTED, EXPIRED, and NOT ESTABLISHED. REFUSE and HOLD are action outcomes, not determination states. A score may rank or price an admitted exposure; it cannot open a failed gate. The paper distinguishes execution start, commit, consequence attachment, effect completion, and closure; addresses delayed attachment without retroactively rewriting a valid historical commit; and treats pending-transition standing as a bounded condition inside the admissible basis, not a fifth universal conjunct. It also defines capacity and timing composition, violation classes, falsifiers, and a minimum public evidence structure including the trust base for off-substrate re-provability. Reproduction of a record is not proof that the recorded premises were physically true. Commercial Companion Note 13 is a subordinate buyer-facing specification for a Commit-Time Evidence and Loss Readiness Review. Its public modules include a claim and obligation ledger, A/C/I/R evidence matrix, operative-capacity record, common-cause and accumulation map, Minimum Loss Evidence Pack, finding and disposition record, and change/closure schedule. It maps current obligation families to transition-level evidence without claiming legal compliance, safety, certification, actuarial validity, premium credit, coverage, or insurability. An optional private implementation pack may be licensed separately; private templates, scoring or pricing methods, thresholds, clauses, test harnesses, schemas, reviewer methods, and red-team workflows are not part of this deposit. It does not determine causation, liability, breach, aggregation, reserve, indemnity, or regulatory compliance. Rights: GotoCalm Applicability Doctrine Terms of Use.
