Abstract

This dataset contains supplementary molecular docking data supporting the study of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cyclohexane-1,2,3,4,5-pentol from Hyphaene coriacea Gaertn. against human maltase-glucoamylase (PDB ID: 3L4W) and pancreatic α-amylase (PDB ID: 1B2Y), using miglitol and acarbose as reference ligands.
