Abstract

This programme charter gives a specific two-axis enriched-matter hypothesis. A **matter/clock axis** carries a signed lineage \(\Lambda=\pm1\), while a **resynchronization/tilt axis** carries a shift coordinate \(\Sigma\). Throughout the paper, \(Q\equiv Q_{\rm phys}/e\) denotes the dimensionless electric-charge number in units of the positron charge. The observable charge skeleton is proposed to arise from the ledger \[Q=\Lambda+\Sigma.\] Subject to an explicit four-rung, equal-spacing ansatz, the rungs \(r=0,1,2,3\) on each lineage are generated by \[\Sigma_r=-\frac r3\Lambda,\qquadQ_r=\left(1-\frac r3\right)\Lambda.\] The resulting eight cells reproduce the electric-charge skeleton of the first fermion generation and its antiparticles, including an electrically neutral but lineage-bearing terminal state identified with the neutrino. Fractional rungs are hypothesized to carry nonzero \(\mathbb Z_3\) triality and therefore to require triality-neutral closure partners. This is a confinement target, not a derivation of QCD: center neutrality is necessary but not sufficient for an \(SU(3)_C\) singlet. The same ledger admits a standard-label \(B-L\)-preserving baryonic “kitchen,” a loaded-neutron shift account, and a pair-mediated beta history preserving \((Q,\Lambda,\Sigma)\). The latter is a candidate microscopic decomposition, not yet a new decay prediction. The neutrino is described as **Majorana-like by compensated charge form but Dirac-like by retained lineage**, turning neutrinoless double-beta decay into a test of whether the zero-stratum dynamics can flip lineage. The scalar matter sector studied so far in the Fundamental Dynamic Structures (FDS) programme supplies the motivation for this enrichment. In the tested two- and three-dimensional logarithmic-medium channels, additional turns of the same phase did not produce stable elementary species: the examined \(|m|=2\) and \(|m|=3\) sectors carry unstable or negative-energy structure or resolve under unconstrained travelling continuation into unit-winding bundles. The proposal therefore adds internal structure rather than another winding of the original scalar phase. This document is explicitly a hypothesis charter and timestamped public disclosure. It does not derive the Standard Model, color \(SU(3)\), electroweak chirality, particle masses, spin-statistics, or three generations. It fixes the proposed architecture, its distinct claims, its relation to relevant topological and synchronization-substrate work, and the minimum mathematical and computational tests required to accept or reject it. A repository timestamp records public disclosure; it is not, by itself, an adjudication of legal or historical priority.
