CRLN-TRG-001 — CRLN Clinical Research Competency Framework (Version 1.7.3)

Release 1.7.3 (23 September 2026). Four sentences corrected to match the record. PATCH release. No competency, weight, threshold, scale, scoring rule or crosswalk mapping changed. Four sentences in the standard claimed more than the record behind them, and are corrected: Governance now states what the governance document says: the Methodology Review Board has one seated member and has not reached quorum, and until it does the custodian approves changes on SME review. The crosswalk validation date reads 2026-09-21 in both places it appears. Privacy wording now reads "aggregate figures only, each covering at least 5 people, never row-level or identifying". The rule is unchanged. The crosswalk column formerly headed "ACRP/SOCRA relevance" is now "Topic". CRLN-TRG-001 has no documented mapping to anything ACRP or SOCRA publishes, and neither body reviews or recognizes external content. What this release does NOT claim.
