Oliver's mTOR Atlas
Abstract
A curated, evidence-graded database of mTOR pathway research in which every claim carries its source, the conditions it was measured under, and the point where its validity ends. Peer-reviewed primary studies are labelled by the kind of study behind them (S = synthesis of human data, H = human study, A = animal model, M = molecular/in vitro, R = review) and linked to a knowledge graph of genes, diseases and interventions, alongside a layer of named knowledge gaps and testable hypotheses: what the literature has tested and failed to show, and what it has not tested at all.
