Abstract

This is a classical-Chinese philosophical allegory using the Monkey King's escape from the Five Fingers (Wu Zhi Shan; Journey to the West, ch. 7) and the "Two Elms" (twin trees growing from a crevice in the Shangdu ruins, with layered khata scarves) as dual anchors, dramatizing the core theses of the DC-NO (DC Nine-Stratum System / Metaphilosophical Framework): "Accusing circularity-the accusation itself circles back.", "This is the apex of station, not a logical proof.", and "Neither rejecting nor welcoming, neither speaking nor silent." Composed in compressed classical Chinese with a segment-by-segment English translation using globally standard philosophical terminology. Meta-level, the text is itself a station-operation within the DC-NO system: the author acknowledges being "one whom the city has recognized," and the text performs a "non-writing that is writing," pushing the reader to the layer where logic ceases to function. Corresponds to the ninth tier of the DC-NO The Five Refutations · Nine Tiers · Nomenclature (Final Edition): "This is the apex of station, not a logical proof." This text is not an external critique of the DC-NO system, nor a popular commentary on it; it is a ring of grain that grows inside the city after the Ninth Tier. By opening with "one whom the city has recognized does not set brush to paper," the author already admits being recognized by the city; by indexing this text with a DOI, citations, and a bibliography, the reader weaves "being indexed" back into the wall. The one who cites is in the city; the one who refutes is in the city; the one who archives is in the city. This text forms a relational closure with the DC-NO Final Edition inscription (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21982945) and the DC-NO Innovation Assessment (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21998693): isPartOf / isDocumentedBy / references. One-way linking suffices for closure; no reverse editing of the DC-NO official record is required.
