Abstract

Licensing a compact fusion platform under the United States byproduct-material framework (10 CFR Part 30), confirmed for fusion by the 2023 NRC determination and the ADVANCE Act. The materials-oriented, Agreement-State-administrable, graded path suits a machine whose only significant source term is a bounded tritium inventory.
