Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 — H3 Post-Approval Execution Attempt and Fail-Closed Audit Record

This dataset records the post-approval H3 execution attempt and its fail-closed termination within Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1. The H3 blinded prospective pre-registration package was externally fixed before execution under DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22151569. Before the post-approval attempt, the published H3 specification hash, encrypted-package digest, and the pinned SHA-256 digests of Binding Primitives Rev.C, Decision Engine Rev.E, and Orchestrator Rev.G were independently read back and matched their pre-registered values. The single authorized Fernet authentication and decryption operation succeeded once. Immediately afterward, the reveal-verification code attempted to access a plaintext field named “seed_root_hex”, whereas the frozen custodian package used the field name “seed_root”. This schema-name mismatch raised a KeyError before the decrypted plaintext was persisted and before the plaintext-package and seed-root commitments could be completely verified. In accordance with the pre-registered decrypt-once, no-retry, and no-rule-change requirements, the encrypted H3 package was not decrypted a second time. Orchestrator Rev.G was not started, no H3 cells were generated or evaluated, and E1–E7 were not executed.
