Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 — H5 Blinded Prospective Pre-Registration with a Frozen Integrated E1–E7 Harness
Abstract
This dataset records the H5 separate-custody blinded prospective pre-registration package for the Gravitational Manipulation Theory (GMT) v3.1 E1–E7 mechanism-verification program. H5 was created after the H4 encrypted package was externally fixed and successfully revealed as REVEAL_VERIFIED, with all 54 cells and six null controls authenticated and deterministically re-derived. E1–E7 did not start under H4 because the independent E1–E7 execution driver had not been hash-frozen before the held-out manifest was revealed. H4 is not retried. H5 closes that procedural gap before generating any new custody material. It uses a newly generated seed root, a new encryption key, a new encrypted 54-cell manifest, and a newly fixed Integrated Harness Freeze Bundle containing both the reveal harness and the E1–E7 execution harness, together with the frozen Rev.G orchestrator, Decision Engine Rev.E, Binding Primitives Rev.C, public dummy fixtures, tests, and a SHA-256 inventory. The deposited public materials contain: 1. GMT_v3.1_H5_prereg_spec.json — the public H5 pre-registration specification and cryptographic commitments;2. H5_encrypted_package.bin — the encrypted held-out seed and 54-cell manifest package;3. GMT_v3.1_H5_Custodian_Freeze_Manifest.json — the custodian generator, integrated harness, and target-code freeze commitments;4. GMT_v3.1_H5_Integrated_Harness_Freeze_Bundle.zip — the frozen reveal and E1–E7 execution machinery, dependencies, tests, dummy fixtures, and SHA-256 inventory. The canonical H5 specification hash commitment is: 434887c06db2dfe2f464c101d62424738f785fa351afacaf6079d07d24d83727 The encrypted package SHA-256 is: 87ee09c9828734dcc01d51abd276f91a3bf2afe4d6e270fad21386e10952cc34 The Integrated Harness Freeze Bundle SHA-256 is: 12f3c7d2dd1168df38f5b641febed93d0b62391d6e4bafb69ed26bc94b0b2732 The frozen H5 reveal-harness SHA-256 is: 597fdb5f69f85ea6ce9ea2cd6400d4efbe0e3f0c27d9780050e3554a3757e570 The frozen H5 E1–E7 execution-harness SHA-256 is: b37ef644280c62aa62f6889072ef05cac5d952975d64cbf24bd9c5817872684b Before approval, the seed root, individual seed leaves, seed paths, plaintext manifest, and decryption key remain withheld. Only their cryptographic commitments and the encrypted package are published. The registered procedure requires external fixation of this record before approval, followed by a single post-approval key release, read-back verification, one-time authenticated decryption, full commitment and deterministic-manifest verification, and only then a single E1 execution through the frozen Rev.G path. A separate exclusive E1 attempt marker prevents a second E1 invocation in the same registered execution directory. E1 uses two separate axes: mechanism_verdict and scientific_run_status. A correctly detected INVALID_RUN is not counted as an E1 end-to-end PASS. E2–E6 cover reproduction, integrity and tamper detection, preflight rejection, mid-run fail-closed handling, and the three frozen terminal decision states. E7 local artifact auditing is included; cross-environment R1 remains PENDING_EXTERNAL_REPLICATION until an independently produced comparison artifact is available. At the time of this deposit, the H5 encrypted package has not been decrypted by the analysis side and H5 E1–E7 has not been executed. No H5 observable, scientific outcome, terminal decision, checkpoint digest, or execution result is reported in this record. This dataset concerns a synthetic representative mechanism-verification workflow using TEST_ANCHOR and test approver keys. It does not establish physics-kernel integration, experimental confirmation, measured-data validation, independent certification, security certification, production qualification, cross-environment R1 completion, or completion of GMT v3.1.
