Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 — Generator Rev.H Operational Freeze for Equal-Power Null Controls

This dataset records the prepared Operational Freeze for Generator Rev.H in Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1. Generator Rev.H introduces the explicit equal_power_sham_v1 generation profile for designated synthetic null-control cells. Under this profile, equal channel power is enforced with deterministic, seed-bound phases. The ordinary generation arm remains unchanged. Missing, unknown, or incorrectly applied control profiles fail closed. The dummy terminal classification was TRANSFER_FAILURE. This classification applies only to the public dummy decision input and does not indicate an integration failure. The dataset documents a synthetic Generator-mechanism freeze only.
