Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 — H6 Separate-Custody Blinded Prospective Pre-Registration and Frozen Integrated Harness

This dataset records the H6 separate-custody blinded prospective pre-registration for the Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 synthetic representative mechanism-verification workflow. H6 was created after the Generator Rev.H Operational Freeze became effective and was externally fixed at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22159604. A fresh seed root and encryption key were generated on the custodian’s local machine. Before execution approval, only the encrypted package and cryptographic commitments are released. The custodian key, plaintext package, and seed root are withheld until the separately authorized post-approval reveal stage. The deposited materials comprise: GMT_v3.1_H6_prereg_spec.json — the canonical public H6 pre-registration specification; H6_encrypted_package.bin — the encrypted 54-cell held-out manifest; GMT_v3.1_H6_Custodian_Freeze_Manifest.json — the pre-generation freeze record for the custodian generator and integrated harness; and GMT_v3.1_H6_Integrated_Harness_Freeze_Bundle.zip — the frozen reveal and E1–E7 integration-test machinery. The H6 public specification commits to 54 cells, including six pre-registered null controls, the Generator Rev.H implementation and configuration, the binding and decision components, the orchestration path, the decision-input builder policy, the reveal order, the single-attempt rule, and the E1–E7 acceptance conditions. No H6 scientific terminal state or execution result is reported by this record. The frozen harness was previously checked only with public dummy data. That check does not reveal H6 custody data and does not constitute the registered H6 execution. Cross-environment E7 replication remains pending unless a separately produced independent replication artifact is supplied. This dataset concerns a synthetic representative mechanism test using TEST_ANCHOR and test approver keys. It does not establish physics-kernel integration, measured-data validation, independent certification, security certification, production qualification, experimental gravitational manipulation, or completion of Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1.
