Abstract

This dataset records the frozen E7 cross-environment R1 replication request derived from the completed H6 synthetic representative mechanism run of Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1. The registered H6 execution result is externally fixed at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22160938. That run completed with mechanism_verdict = PASS, scientific_run_status = VALID_RUN, and the registered scientific terminal state TRANSFER_FAILURE. E2–E6 and the E7 local artifact audit passed, while E7 cross-environment R1 remained pending. This replication-request package contains: 54 frozen, seed-free InputObject values; a standalone Python cross-environment numerical runner; a SHA-256 commitment to the withheld official H6 reference values; the frozen R1 numerical tolerances and decision-invariance conditions; execution and artifact-return instructions; and a SHA-256 manifest for all included files. The package excludes the H6 seed root, seed leaves, seed paths, custodian key, plaintext custody package, and official per-cell observable values. The frozen InputObjects are sufficient for Kernel-R1 comparison without redistributing the H6 origin-generation material. The registered numerical acceptance condition is: |a − b| ≤ atol + rtol × |b| with: atol = 1 × 10⁻⁹rtol = 1 × 10⁻⁶ Complete E7 R1 acceptance additionally requires that all registered predicate booleans remain invariant and that the replicated terminal decision remains TRANSFER_FAILURE. The principal commitments are: Replication-request ZIP SHA-256:2fd8127fa214c6a7319629b358a154608ce6c8977ce9446b95eb967c922e2191 Frozen InputObject package SHA-256:046196bd1fa928c0117ab79259a0360057923f248489200f4695bbf7e1d717de Official reference SHA-256:03d2bea6896be3bdee880c347607fe0482ac35811703698e01a9a6febc9d5e09 Official ordered-observable-vector digest:22b81f77eb0a22ad7694521b49a4c0b8ce3aad41397435d1dba3402f468bae87 Runner SHA-256:5d6a69620f6216e68e862605dc499eecdf0464d7c66d5e9851d50cdf7e71c2b5 The official observable values are withheld until a cross-environment result artifact is submitted. This prevents direct copying of the registered reference vector before execution. The package may be executed by the original researcher on a different operating system or machine as a cross-environment self-replication. Such an execution must be labelled CROSS_ENVIRONMENT_SELF_REPLICATION and must not be described as an independent replication, independent implementation, formal third-party audit, or independent certification. A passing result would establish only cross-environment semantic equivalence for the frozen synthetic representative kernel path. It would not establish physics-kernel integration, measured-data validation, experimental gravitational manipulation, production qualification, formal independent audit, or completion of Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1.
