Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 — H6 Computational/Mechanism Status Closure and Four-Layer Claim-Boundary Record
Abstract
This dataset records the final status closure of the H6 computational and mechanism-verification sequence for Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1. The closure does not rerun H6, change any frozen code, threshold, policy, input, or decision rule, or reinterpret the registered H6 terminal state. It consolidates the externally fixed H6 evidence chain and separates four distinct status layers: synthetic computational and mechanism status; independent-audit status; physics claim ceiling; and v4.x promotion status. The externally fixed evidence chain comprises: Generator Rev.H Operational Freeze:10.5281/zenodo.22159604 H6 blinded prospective pre-registration:10.5281/zenodo.22160208 H6 post-approval single-execution result:10.5281/zenodo.22160938 H6 E7 cross-environment replication request:10.5281/zenodo.22161172 H6 E7 Windows self-replication result:10.5281/zenodo.22161432 Within the frozen synthetic representative mechanism scope, the following status is closed: H6 blinded commitment: VERIFIEDPost-approval reveal: REVEAL_VERIFIEDSingle execution / no retry: COMPLETED54-cell manifest: COMPLETEDSix null controls: NULL_CONTROLS_OKCheckpoint count: 54Terminal run seal: PRESENTScientific run status: VALID_RUNE1 mechanism verdict: PASSE2–E6: PASSE7 local artifact audit: PASSWindows cross-environment Kernel-R1 self-replication: PASS The Windows result reproduced all 54 ordered observables bit-for-bit. The maximum absolute difference was 0.0. Predicate booleans and the terminal decision remained invariant. The registered H6 scientific terminal state is: TRANSFER_FAILURE The replicated predicate values were: direction_ok = truemagnitude_ok = trueuncertainty_ok = falserecovery_ok = trueindependence_ok = truemultiplicity_ok = falsenull_region = falseofficial_permitted = true TRANSFER_FAILURE is a valid-run outcome and is distinct from INVALID_RUN. It means that the frozen transfer-success conjunction was not satisfied because the registered uncertainty and multiplicity predicates were false. It does not authorize post-hoc threshold changes, reinterpretation, or another H6/H7 attempt designed to obtain a success state. The supported computational statement is limited to the following: The frozen synthetic representative H6 mechanism path completed, sealed, and reproduced across the original Linux environment and a Windows self-replication environment with invariant output and decision semantics. Broader Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 computational completion is not claimed. The H6 path still uses a synthetic representative kernel, TEST_ANCHOR, test approver keys, and non-production placeholder pipeline pins for the kernel, package, and configuration positions. The Windows artifact was produced by Koji Okino, the original researcher. It is therefore classified as cross-environment self-replication, not independent replication. No independent executor, independent implementation, formal third-party audit, or independent certification is claimed. The physics claim ceiling remains unchanged. H6 does not establish physical-kernel integration, measured apparatus data, experimental gravitational manipulation, a physical transfer effect, a physical null, hardware qualification, or confirmation or falsification of Gravitational Manipulation Theory as a physical theory. The H6 TRANSFER_FAILURE state applies only to the registered synthetic design and frozen decision policy. It does not mean that gravitational manipulation is physically impossible or physically inactive. H6 alone does not satisfy the v4.x promotion conditions. Future promotion requires separately governed physical-kernel specification, non-test trust roots and production-grade pins, measured or observational data with traceable calibration, independent execution or independent implementation, and a new externally fixed promotion-gate record. Final status: H6_SYNTHETIC_MECHANISM_WORKFLOW = CLOSEDH6_SCIENTIFIC_TERMINAL_STATE = TRANSFER_FAILUREH6_CROSS_ENVIRONMENT_SELF_R1 = PASSH6_INDEPENDENT_REPLICATION = NOT COMPLETEDGMT_V3_1_FULL_COMPUTATIONAL_COMPLETION = NOT CLAIMEDPHYSICS_VALIDATION = NOT COMPLETEDV4_X_PROMOTION = NOT ELIGIBLE H6 is closed without retry. Future work must address the unfulfilled independent, physical, and promotion layers directly rather than reopening H6 or reinterpreting its outcome.
