Dark Matter as Structural Failure Regimes of Persistence - Second Edition
Abstract
This is the Second Edition of Dark Matter as Structural Failure Regimes of Persistence. The work preserves the research object of the First Edition while substantially repairing the architecture by which that object is structurally derived, physically admitted, and connected to empirical testing. The paper asks whether independently warranted gravitationally participating physical structure can be classified once two burdens are kept distinct: positive gravitational participation and failure of a separately declared ordinary physical participation route. Its scope-bound Dark Matter identification is: independently warranted Density-held physical structure in which positive gravitational participation remains while one or more declared ordinary physical comparator participation channels do not carry in the ordinary manner. Structural Flow enters only after the physical candidate, gravitational participation, and comparator burden are independently warranted. It then classifies the first break of the admitted comparator route through the five irreducible first-break regimes Dissolution, Shear, Drift, Echo, and Lock, inherited from the foundational route Persistence → Boundary → Cascade → Authorization and its capacity sequence availability → discrimination → inheritance → incorporation. A central repair of the Second Edition is the distinction between object failure and route failure. A comparator route may fail while the larger physical structure remains Density-held and its positive gravitational participation remains warranted. The Second Edition also separates structural classification from empirical prediction. A first-break profile is not itself an observable signature. Additional physical work must connect the profile to a warranted source, geometry, or continuation expression; then to a probe consequence; and finally to a measurable prediction. The work does not propose a new particle, field, force, or replacement cosmology; does not replace General Relativity, ΛCDM, particle-dark-matter research, or ordinary standards of physical evidence; and does not claim empirical confirmation of the repaired Dark Matter identification. This Second Edition supersedes the active theoretical architecture of the First Edition while preserving its publication and empirical lineage.
